Her story begins with a different passion – the equestrian world. Lianne’s interests evolved in her late teens and early twenties when the intensity of competition and injury prompted her to explore Pilates.
Her pursuit of expertise took her to London and then America, reflecting her remarkable commitment to learning and growth. In 2000, she established her own business, effectively dispelling the mystique surrounding Pilates. Lianne is a highly trained instructor, helping a diverse range of individuals rebalance their bodies, recover from injuries, alleviate aches and pains, and improve overall fitness.
