Launched and managed by Kate Boon, KLP Property Services has demonstrated its knowledge, expertise and sensitivity in providing relocation and property management, since its launch in 2009.

KLP Property Services is now regarded as a highly successful business in the field of personal and corporate relocation in the Isle of Man.

Kate Boon relocated to the Isle of Man in 1995 when her husband's career brought him to the island and still remembers exactly how it felt to arrive somewhere completely new. It had seemed such an adventure whilst living in the UK, but the reality was far more daunting! By pure luck, and the pull of living near to the sea in a village location, they settled in Laxey where she and her family have now lived happily for fourteen years.

Working for nine years as Sales and Marketing Manager for one of the island's largest firm of Developers, with sites both here and in the UK, Kate had a long held ambition to start her own business in property services which she succeeded in doing almost 3 years ago. 

Primarily focused on taking away the problems associated with looking after both investment properties and homes as well as seeking out new properties, Kate's aim is to remain a small and personal operation that maintains a strong focus on her clients and their needs.

Her diligence, enthusiasm and not least her experience of property care, enable her to provide a top quality service and assistance, making her a valuable asset in handling your property or relocation requirements in the Isle of Man.
